Restaurant Design 

The project was to design a restaurant for Jean-Georges at 119, Jalan Maroof, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The concept is inspired by Jean-Georges signature dishes, which contain 3 types of cuisines- French, Asian and American. The color scheme is inspired by the use of simple ingredients in a dish that celebrates multiple food cultures. The twisting effect tells a fusion of different food cultures into a dish. “Burst of Flavours” derives from the unique and flavourful dishes.
